Team Managers will be responsible but not limited to the following:

*Build and maintain a team of 5-8 sales consultants.

*Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.

*Grow a customer base consistently ,and efficiently

*Knowledge of daily dealership inventory

*Generate referrals on a weekly basis

*Effectively follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources
